About the role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating visual assets for logo designing, website designing, marketing campaigns and other digital and print materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and create visual assets for logo designing, website designing, marketing campaigns, social media and other digital and print materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts and strategies that align with our brand identity
• Ensure a consistent visual brand message across all channels
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and apply them to our visual design strategies
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
• Take ownership of the design process, from ideation to execution
• Develop and maintain our brand guidelines and templates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and creativity
• Expertise in design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design is a plus
• Keen attention to detail

Graphic Designer Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
• Plans concepts by studying information and materials.
• Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
• Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; and purchasing from vendors.
• Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; and evaluating new equipment.
• Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies.

Graphic Designer Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, or interior design, or equivalent experience
• 2 to 5 years of experience in graphic design
