About the role:
We are seeking a skilled Shopify Developer to join our team and help us create customized e-commerce solutions using Shopify. As our Shopify Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining our clients’ Shopify stores, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience, and staying up to date on the latest Shopify trends and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Shopify stores to meet our clients’ unique needs and requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and content creators, to ensure a seamless user experience across all channels
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid
- Customize Shopify themes and apps to meet our clients’ unique needs and requirements
- Optimize website performance and load times using techniques such as caching and minification
- Stay up to date on the latest Shopify trends and technologies, and apply them to our stores
- Test and debug stores to ensure a high level of quality and functionality
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Shopify development, with expertise in customizing Shopify themes and apps
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including conversion rate optimization and user experience design
- Experience with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
- Keen attention to detail
